Desire to participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including inception, design, implementation, quality assurance, and deployment. 
Understanding of application testing and optimization techniques. Ability to present technical ideas and high-level concepts and solutions to internal and external team members with varying degrees of technical knowledge. Familiarity with multi-system integration and common issues that can arise when integrating enterprise technologies. Experience working in an agile delivery approach. Experience working with popular source control solutions such as Git and Azure DevOps. Experience with front end web development using JavaScript, CSS, and popular libraries such as Angular, React, Vue, Bootstrap, Backbone, or Knockout. Experience working with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) technologies such as Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, and Azure DevOps. Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar. Experience designing and developing applications on various platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Vervel, Next.js, Netlify, Supabase, Node.js). 2+ years of experience in enterprise application design and development using modern programming languages and best practice (.NET, Java, C#, Python, React, Node, RESTful API development, etc.).
